Certain features, such as curated playlists, may require Spotify.  Spotify app requires active Spotify account and latest version of the Spotify app installed on your vehicle infotainment system. When safe, visit spotify.com/auto on your smartphone, tablet or computer for Spotify terms and to set up an account. Spotify is available on select model year 2018 and newer GM infotainment systems with compatible hardware. Select connected vehicle service plan required to stream audio content. 

The following terms also apply to your use of this App: 

• GM may collect information about you and your vehicle when you use this App, such as VIN;
• GM may use collected information, sometimes across devices, for certain purposes, such as to: measure your App activity, remember your preferences, maximize and improve the performance of the App and our products and services, troubleshoot the App and our products or services, and for marketing, including interest based marketing and advertising, and to customize your experience;  
• GM may share this information with third parties and, where required, will obtain necessary consent to do so;
• GM may update this App from time to time without further notice to maintain or enhance its performance, to fix bugs, or to add or remove features. You consent to any such updates; 
• This App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis with all warranties, express and implied, disclaimed; and
• GM may suspend or discontinue this App at any time without notice.
